Qualification: B.Pharm/ M.Pharm/ BDS/ Pharm.D Only.
Openings for:
1. Case processing(ICSR),
- Experience: 1-5yrs,
- Shift timings: 09:00a.m to 06:00p.m.(NO FRESHERS FOR ICSR)
- Process Individual Case Safety Reports received by the case processing department.
- Assist during case triage activities.
- Narrative writing and review.
- Event term selection, review and coding through latest MedDRA version.
2. Aggregate reporting,
- Experience: 1-5yrs,
- Shift timings: 09:00a.m to 06:00p.m.(NO FRESHERS FOR AGGREGATE REPORTING)
- Prepare periodic safety reports on products that are in development (DSUR, IND Annual Report) or that have been granted regulatory approval (PADERs, PSURs and PBRERs, etc.).
3. MICC(medical information contact center),
- Experience: 0-5yrs.
- Freshers will be considered for MICC,
- Shift timings: 09:00p.m to 06:00a.m(nightshift)
- No nightshift allowances at the moment.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Sound Knowledge on Call Handlings of Medical Information Inquires & Complaint Management.
