Job description
1. Performing unit operations as per respective BPR.
2. To ensure cleanliness of process equipment and plant.
3. To verify Quantity of Raw materials and Intermediates are as per BPR.
4. To ensure that all production activity is carried out as per Safety & GMP norms.
5. Conduct all tasks/ activities as per the applicable SOPs. Report any difficulty or deviation
6. Complete training on relevant SOPs and develop an understanding of the activities.
7. Performing of calibration and monitoring of environmental conditions.
8.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
9. Conduct process optimization and scale-up activities
10. Monitor and maintain equipment performance and documentation.
11.Participate in quality assurance activities, including IPQA and audit compliance
12.Contribute to the development of QMS and Inprocess documentation.
