Job Responsibilities
Production (Injectables)
- Operate sterile injectable manufacturing equipment.
- Perform solution preparation and unit preparation.
- Handle steam sterilizers and vial washing operations.
- Perform tunnel sterilization, filling, bunging, capping, and visual inspection.
- Follow Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and cGMP procedures.
- Maintain production documentation.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Handle AQA (Analytical Quality Assurance) activities.
- Prepare and review QA documentation.
- Execute qualification protocols and documentation.
- Manage Document Cell activities.
- Perform PV/CV (Process Validation/Cleaning Validation) activities.
- Support APQR preparation.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
Engineering Services
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain electrical and mechanical systems.
- Handle HVAC and Water System maintenance.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of utility equipment.
- Maintain engineering documentation and preventive maintenance records.
Required Skills
- Experience in sterile injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory documentation.
- Hands-on experience in production, QA, or engineering functions.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in regulatory-approved pharmaceutical facilities is preferred.
