About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist to develop and optimize fermentation processes for the production of biopharmaceutical products.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve yield, efficiency, and quality of fermentation processes.
- Handle 50KL to 150 KL fermenters and other bioreactor operations, including fed-batch, continuous, and perfusion systems.
- Work with various microbial strains, ensuring optimal growth conditions and productivity.
- Optimize processes according to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including downstream processing, analytical development, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Prepare and present technical reports, data summaries, protocols, and SOPs.
Requirements:
- Strong academic background in Chemistry / biotechnology
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
