L& T TS is hiring for below requirement and organized open walk-in drive at Vadodara Location on 20th January 2024.

Industry/ Education:

• Graduate/Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical/ Instrumentation

Experience: 3-10 Years

Job opening/ Drive Position:

1. Information Management Coordinator: Responsible of EDMS implementation/query resolution,

• Quality control of Engineering deliverables (Doc number, title, revision, date etc.) to comply with project requirements
• Ensure accuracy of Master Document Registers

1. Data Controller:

• Quality checks of Equipment, Line, loop, cable and Asset to Tag register
• EDW data reporting and analytics
• Ensure accuracy of Asset Data Set received from contractor
• MS Access query and Excel formulas

1. Document Controller:

• MaintainaccuracyoftheProjectDocumentDistributionMatrix(DDM)baseduponinputbyProject Team.
• Perform quality checks / metadata validation of Contractor deliverables. Initiate corrective actions and report deficiencies to Information Management Lead and/or Document Control Lead
• Assign document numbers and metadata to all project deliverables in Project Electronic Document Management System
• Maintain Company Master Document Register (MDR) of internally generated deliverables.
• Comprehend and execute in compliance with the Information and Document Management Plan
