Key Responsibilities
Production
- Operate and monitor OSD and Injectable manufacturing equipment.
- Follow GMP and SOP requirements.
- Handle aseptic manufacturing and isolator operations where applicable.
Quality Control
- Perform HPLC, Finished Product, Stability and Analytical Method Validation activities.
- Execute microbiological testing and environmental monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory documentation and regulatory guidelines.
Quality Assurance
- Handle Qualification, QMS, Documentation Cell, Stability and IPQA activities.
- Maintain GMP compliance and quality systems.
- Support validation and regulatory inspections.
Engineering
- Manage mechanical plant maintenance.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure smooth operation of utilities and production equipment.
