1️⃣ Senior Process Executive (2A) – Experience: 1–2 Years

Reporting, SLA/KPI management

Strong Excel & PPT skills

Clear communication and analytical skills
2️⃣ Process Specialist (3A) – Experience: 4–5 Years

Escalation handling, team mentoring

End-to-end fraud/AML case management

UK/US banking system familiarity (e.g., Experian, T24)

Workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Any Graduate (Full-time)
❌ BCA and BSc (CS) not eligible for 2A role

Experience: 1–5 years in AML, KYC, Banking Fraud

Shifts: Night Shift only

Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred (up to 30 days)
