We are hiring for Production Operators / Officers (Granulation / Compression / Capsule Filling / Coating areas)
Required Qualification: ITI/Diploma/Bsc/MSC/Bpharma/Mpharma
Required Experience: 1-6 Years
Work Location: Hetero Labs Limited, Unit-III, Jeedimetla, Saibaba Nagar, Suraram, Hyderabad, Telangana 500055
Roles and Responsibilities:
Operator:
To ensure the follow entry, exit procedure, gowning practices & personnel hygiene.
Operation, cleaning & maintenance of the equipments of the respective work area as per SOPs and batch records.
Receiving, handling, processing & Controlled storage materials as per SOP & BPRR.
Cleaning of area and documentation as per cGMP.
Issuance, Handing & Storage of spare parts & change parts.
Responsible to ensure prevention of cross contamination.
Officer:
Execution of batch process as per batch processing record.
Execution of equipment operation & cleaning activities as per SOP.
Documentation of batch processing record & other related record as per SOP.
Line clearance activities & compliance status.
Monitoring of production yield as per standard.
Candidates must work experience in Formulations – OSD plant.
