Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service by addressing inquiries through calls or written communication.
- Offer information and guidance to suppliers on self-service tools.
- Escalate tickets that cannot be resolved to relevant business areas.
- Communicate professionally with customers, maintaining proper grammar and spelling in all written correspondence.
- Monitor team activity, aux times, and escalate when necessary.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to support channels as needed.
- Assist in managing escalated calls and support agents during peak times.
- Maintain and update the knowledge base and article content.
Required Skills:
- Organization & Time Management: Strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- MS Office Skills: Working knowledge of Excel and data entry.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, software, and learning new programs.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Preferred Skills:
- Technical knowledge to troubleshoot and keep up with system updates.
- Strong decision-making skills to determine the best solutions for customer queries.
- Adaptability in learning and applying new skills and knowledge.
