1. Manufacturing – Powder Filling
Experience in:
- Sterile powder filling operations
- Machine setup, operation and troubleshooting
- Dry powder and liquid filling equipment
- Product transfer systems
- CIP/SIP activities
- Aseptic operations and cGMP documentation
- Batch documentation and in-process checks
2. Manufacturing – Compounding
Candidates should have experience with:
- Compounding and filtration
- CIP/SIP
- Product transfer
- Injectable manufacturing skids
- Equipment setup, cleaning and sanitization
- PLC/HMI-operated systems
- Aseptic manufacturing practices
- Critical process parameter monitoring
3. Engineering – Process Equipment
Experience in:
- Preventive, breakdown and corrective maintenance
- Injectable filling machines
- Lyophilizers/autoclaves
- CIP/SIP systems and filtration skids
- Equipment installation, qualification and calibration
- Maintenance records and CAPA
- cGMP and regulatory compliance
4. Engineering – Utility
Experience with pharmaceutical utilities such as:
- HVAC
- WFI / PW
- Clean steam
- Compressed air
- Chillers
- Boilers
- Nitrogen
- Utility maintenance, troubleshooting and qualification/validation
