Job Responsibilities:
- Perform HCC record abstraction and coding with adherence to official guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy in clinical coding work, achieving a minimum of 95% quality.
- Identify and validate HCC-mapped diagnoses for revenue generation.
- Abide by HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.
- Conduct medical record validation and error trend analysis.
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology effectively.
Required Skills:
