Job Description for API Plant Operator and Officers:
1. Plant Operator – API Mfg.
- Exposure In Unit Operations and Unit Process in API Manufacturing
- Clean and maintain equipment and area as per cGMP and safety requirements.
- Operate equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, filters, dryers, etc., involved in the production of APIs.
- Carry out manufacturing activities as per BMR and SOP.
- Handle raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as per procedures.
- Report any abnormalities, deviations, or breakdowns to the shift in-charge.
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards.
2. Plant Officer – API Mfg.
- Exposure In Unit Operations and Unit Process in API Manufacturing
- Operate and monitor various equipment used in API manufacturing (e.g., reactors, centrifuges, dryers).
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area as per cGMP norms.
- Follow Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) diligently.
- Handle raw materials and intermediates as per instructions and safety procedures.
- Record process parameters and deviations accurately.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, maintenance, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Support shift in-charges and senior officers in day-to-day operations.
- Report abnormalities or process deviations immediately to supervisors.
- Participate in internal audits and trainings.
