Sterile/Nasal/Aerosol
Operator –
- Operation and cleaning of nasal spray filling & sealing machine, vial washing machine and tunnel, manufacturing & holding vessel, FFS, Aseptic behavior & practices, blow fill seal machine, area cleaning.
- Operation and cleaning of nasal spray filling & sealing machine, vial washing machine and tunnel, manufacturing & holding vessel, FFS, aseptic behaviour & practices.
- Exposure in MDI machines – Homogenizer machine, Jay Precision, Glatt , Pressurize Vessel Pump, Filling Machine, Aerosol Filling, Aerosol Manufacturing
OSD/Tablet/Capsule
Operator –
- Exposure in hard gelatin capsules, soft gelatin capsules, tablet & packing in OSD manufacturing.
- Exposure in hard gelatin capsules, soft gelatin capsules, AF-9OT,ZRO90T, Aadat and mg2 machine in OSD manufacturing.
- Exposure in tablet (Compression/ Granulation/Coating) machine FETTE, CADPRESS, FBE, TOPSPRAY,GCS500I,Neocota,RMG,Rotary Shifter, Co -mill, Octagonal Blender, Vibrator Shifter , Multimill, Steam Kettle, FBE Bottom Spray(Combo) in OSD manufacturing.
OSD & Sterile Packing
Operator –
- Should have sound knowledge of BQS, Cartonator, EPI2500, FB300 machine operation.
- Should have sound knowledge of BQS, Cartonator, EPI2500, FB300 machine operation, Blister Packing Machine , BQS, EPI 2500,EPIFB3000,Cartonator, PMM, Auto Cartonator, Marchesini, DMC-60T , 200T, 120 T , Container filling, Labelling, Cartonator, Check Weigher.
