Job description:
- Hardware and Networking troubleshooting
- Supporting such as desktops, laptops and software issues.
- Installation of client applications, trouble shootings, and escalations
- Monitor the status and progress towards resolution of open incidents
- Having Good Knowledge in Active Directory like User creation, Assigning permissions.
- Good Knowledge on Server. Assigning user privileges in fire wall
- Prioritizing of incidents dependent on the impact of issue
- Efficient handling of service requests
- Efficient handling in employee mail creation
- Assembling new systems, Installing and configuring computer systems.
- Support, Data transfer, OS installation upgrades.,
- Data Backups and Recoveries. Properly documenting all customer request
- Manage the terms and organization conditions to end user privileges. ?
- Administrating Remote System
