Job Description/Skills Required: 

  • Monitoring & Record of temperature, relative humidity of visual inspection and cold rooms.
  • Adherence to the standard operating procedures for cleaning and operation of equipments.
  • Carry out the production activities in compliance with cGMP requirements.
  • Responsible for execution of daily inspection activity [Automatic inspection machine & Manual].
  • To strictly adherence to entering of all log books and documents related to visual inspection in compliance with good documentation practice.
  • Handling of problems related to visual inspection area in co-ordination with Maintenance Department.
  • Storage of semi-finished goods and finished goods in the cold storage.
  • Verification of machine qualification kit, defect library and challenge kit.
  • Adherence to safety health and environmental measures.

Secondary responsibilities (Wherever applicable):

  • Reviewing of all completed log books & reports and arranging them in document storage.
  • Handling of activities related to Medical Devices
