Job Description/Skills Required:
- Monitoring & Record of temperature, relative humidity of visual inspection and cold rooms.
- Adherence to the standard operating procedures for cleaning and operation of equipments.
- Carry out the production activities in compliance with cGMP requirements.
- Responsible for execution of daily inspection activity [Automatic inspection machine & Manual].
- To strictly adherence to entering of all log books and documents related to visual inspection in compliance with good documentation practice.
- Handling of problems related to visual inspection area in co-ordination with Maintenance Department.
- Storage of semi-finished goods and finished goods in the cold storage.
- Verification of machine qualification kit, defect library and challenge kit.
- Adherence to safety health and environmental measures.
Secondary responsibilities (Wherever applicable):
- Reviewing of all completed log books & reports and arranging them in document storage.
- Handling of activities related to Medical Devices
