Criteria for Open Positions:
Engineering:
- Engineering & Maintenance – RP-HPLC, Centrifuge, Fermenter, Isolator, Lyophilizer, Vial cartridge’s, PFS Filling, Engineering QMS, Compliance, Utilities and Electrical Maintenance.
- Instrumentation & Automation, Calibration- RP-HPLC column, Centrifuge Tank, Automation, Autoclave, PLC, SCADA, HMI, BMS/EMS – HVAC, QMS and Compliance, PCS-7, ABB 800xA, PLC-S7300/400.
- Central Engineering – Civil Greenfield and Brownfield Project, CAPEX, Experience in process requirements.
Manufacturing:
- Downstream & Upstream Process – Biosimilars Manufacturing.
- Process Engineering – Mabs & Manufacturing Compliance.
- DP Fill Finish: DP Packaging, Visual Inspection (Track & trace, Blister, Labelling, QMS activity, Equipment Qualification)
- Required Qualifications: MPharm, BPharm, B.Sc. MSc (Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Life Science) Β.Ε./Μ.Ε. (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation)
Quality Assurance
- In-Process Quality Assurance: Line Clearance, Batch records review, Online Process Monitoring, Investigations, Audit Trail, Recipe Review, Risk / Impact Assessments, Material Management, Packing & device, DP & DS Shipments.
- QMS QA: VMP, SMF, Deviations, CAPA, Change Controls, Audits, Trend analysis, PQR and Training.
- Analytical QA: Specifications, Method Validations/Transfers, Investigations, Audit Trail, Stability, Batch Release, Analytical, Molecular & Bioassay Techniques.
- Required Qualifications: MSC, BTech, MTech, B pharma & M pharma
Quality Control
- Roles: Analyst/Reviewers/Shift Supervisors/Investigators
- Designation: Execute/Sr Executive/Assistant Manager
- Area of Expertise: Biosimilars Experience is mandatory – QC/Analytica R&D.
- Should be familiarised in Analytical techniques of Chromatography / Molecular Biology / Bioassays.
- Required Qualifications: B Tech and M Tech Biotech
MSC Microbiology, Biochemistry – Biotechnology.
