- Production: 1–8 years (Chemists, Sr. Chemists, Sr. Executive, Shift In-Charges)
- SRS / TSD: 2–4 years (B.Tech Chemical Engineers)
- Engineering / Maintenance: 4–6 years (Fitters)
- Quality Assurance: 4–8 years
Fine Chemicals Division:
- Production (Freshers to Experienced): 1–8 years
- Scrubber Operators: 1–4 years
- Chlorine Operators: 1–4 years
- Quality Assurance: 1–3 years
- Warehouse: 2–5 years
- Engineering / Maintenance: 10–15 years (Asst. Manager)
- Fitters, Electricians: 2–10 years
