Job Responsibilities
Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
- Method development and optimization using HPLC and LCMS.
- Perform method validation as per regulatory and ICH guidelines.
- Prepare and review specifications, methods of analysis (MOA), protocols, and analytical reports.
- Execute GLP-related activities including instrument calibration, qualification, and standard management.
- Maintain analytical documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Technical Services Department (TSD) – R&D
- Support process development, scale-up, technology transfer, and commercialization activities.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing process issues and provide technical support.
- Optimize processes for yield improvement, cost reduction, and process validation.
- Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA, QC, and Engineering teams.
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
- Ensure compliance with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations.
- Conduct routine inspections, safety audits, and environmental monitoring.
- Manage hazardous waste, pollution control, and ETP/STP compliance.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, environmental, and statutory safety requirements.
