Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand the evolution of the market in the medium to long term and ascertain the trends for new Product Development & line extensions.
- Scientific, medical and technical evaluation of new molecules, NCEs, NMEs & novel technologies across all major therapeutic segments.
- Liaison with various in-house departments (R&D, Production, Regulatory, Costing, Packaging etc.) to ensure successful development and management of the projects.
- Serves as a technical support desk to the Regulatory & Business Development (BD) department.
- Conducts in-house training session to ensure effective pitching of the newly developed projects.
- Interacts and guides on continue basis to BD department regarding new development for targeted pitching.
- Prepares Medico-Marketing Literatures e.g. LBL, PowerPoint Presentation, Content Designing, Rational Justification, Prescribing Information etc of the projects as per the requirement.
