Job Overview

- 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM
- 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
- Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Freshers with graduation in BBA, BA, B.Com, BCA, B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, CS, Maths), MBA, MCA, M.Sc, or 12+Diploma.
- Graduation years: 2019 to 2024.
- Note: B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech graduates are not eligible.
- Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities.
- Comfort with working night shifts.

Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and address outstanding accounts receivable via phone calls and tools.
- Resolve claims through submissions, appeals, adjustments, or patient transfers.
- Report trends in denials, submission errors, or billing issues.
- Ensure compliance with policies and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Update call or analysis outcomes clearly in the billing system.
- Stay updated with policy changes and improve performance based on feedback.
